Passion – Drive for Success: Dr Madhukar Angur

“Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion.’

This is the Quote which I believe is the  the success mantra . The more you know about what drives you to be happy and successful, the better decisions you will make about changing direction.Passion is the energy that keeps us going, that keeps us filled with meaning, and happiness, and excitement, and anticipation. Passion is a powerful force in accomplishing anything you set your mind to, and in experiencing work and life the fullest extent possible.

As a professor I suggest my students to always follow their passion over money. Because there is nothing worse than having to wake up every morning during the week to mindlessly go do work you don’t even care about. However, this is never really an issue when you are passionate about the work you do.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs then you know that there are some basic needs that must be addressed before anyone can move forward with their passion.  Those needs are; having basic food, shelter, safety, love, friendship and so forth.  Once you have your basic needs met then you’re ready for self-actualization and some passion-following in your life.Madhukar Angur

From the career point of view also we  as part of esteemed institution Alliance , suggest our students to be particular about your goals, objectives.
